Dane Dr will close before the match from 5pm between the Central Coast Hwy and Donnison St for the safety of pedestrians and will reopen once crowds have cleared the area.

With up to 40,000 fans expected traffic will be heavy on roads approaching Moore Park as fans travel to the match during busy Friday evening peak. Motorists are urged to avoid unnecessary travel in the area before and after the game as delays are expected. Allow extra travel time on roads including the Eastern Distributor, Moore Park Rd, Cleveland St, Anzac Pde, Oxford St and Lang Rd.

• Driver Ave will be partially closed outside the SCG from 4:45pm and will reopen after the game. No through-traffic will be available on Driver Ave.
• Access to EP2 car park will be maintained from Moore Park Rd and access to EP3 grass car park and drop-off areas will be maintained from Lang Rd. Car parks open from 4.45pm.
• Special event clearways will be in effect on roads in Moore Park and surrounding areas between 3pm and midnight including sections of Lang Rd, Oxford St, Fitzroy St, Moore Park Rd, Albion St, Cleveland St, Flinders St and Foveaux St.

Vivid Sydney returns for its 14th year to light up the city for 23 consecutive nights from Friday 24 May to Saturday 15 June from 6pm to 11pm each night. Motorists are encouraged to avoid travelling around Circular Quay and The Rocks during Vivid or to expect delays on local roads, particularly on weekends.

KEY ROAD CLOSURES

Roads in Circular Quay, The Rocks and Millers Point will be closed each night from 5pm with additional closures on Friday nights and weekends in the city and around Darling Harbour. Special event clearway parking restrictions will be in effect each night. Some local roads will be closed nightly including Cumberland St south of Essex St from 12pm - midnight, Circular Quay West at the Overseas Passenger Terminal from 3pm - midnight, Thomas St from Quay St from 5.30pm - midnight.

Managed access to some hotels and businesses around The Rocks and Circular Quay will be maintained by traffic controllers on-site throughout Vivid Sydney when safe to do so.

Special event clearway parking restrictions will be in effect from 3pm to midnight each night on various key roads around Circular Quay and The Rocks, with more widespread clearways in the Sydney CBD in effect on weekends. Some clearways will be in effect on local roads earlier in the day.
